The academic session starts from April to March fro std. L.K.G. to XII. Admission is taken in March.


COURSE OF STUDY


Our institution runs class in English Medium from L.K.G to XII according to the syllabus approved by CBSE Delhi. The school has separate building and qualified teacher for Senior-Section.

PRIMARY SECTION


Communication English (Reading, Writing, Literature, Grammar, Conversation, Dictation) Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Moral Science, Craft, Drawing and Drill (P.T.), Music, yoga and General Knowledge.


SECONDARY SECTION


English Communication, Hindi Course A, Sanskrit (Up to 8th ), Mathematics, Science, Computer Science / Moral Science SUPW, Music and Physical Education, Yoga and General Knowledge. The annual promotions are decided through a system of continuous evaluation.


SENIOR SECONDARY SECTION


English course A, Hindi core, Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, A Pass grade in SUPW, Physical Education, Arts & Craft will be essential requirement for promotions. The school emphasizes the co-curricular activities of the students. They are given opportunities to evolve into social work, public speaking, music and dance, craft, gardening etc. All co-curricular activities and Physical Education are compulsory for all the students.

 

EXAMINATION PATTERN


Examinations are indispensable part of education to determine the effectiveness of teaching and learning process. As per the guideline of CBSE from the session 2011, we have reformed our examination pattern according to the newly introduced CCE curriculum. A student is promoted to the next class on the basis of his / her performance in the test and assessment conducted.

 

ADMISSION WILL BE STRICTLY ON THE BASIS OF THE WRITTEN TEST AND THE INTERVIEW:

ADMISSION FOR CLASS UKG – IX

 

Depending on the availability of seat.

Requirements:

  1. Date Of Birth certificate as in the case of LKG should have completed 3 ½ years on March 31st of the year of admission. As in case of class I should have completed 5 ½ years on March of the year of admission.

To Class I and Above:

  1. Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
  2. Character Certificate.
  3. Annual Exam Report.
  4. Application for classes above VI will be entertained only of the student is from a recognized English medium school. The Transfer Certificate of the candidate from other boards should be counter signed by the competent authority.
  5. Admission will be taken on the basis of merit. A written test and an interview will be taken for this purpose. Minimum of 60% is required in all subjects in the written test to be considered for admission.
  6. Written Test in this case will be held in all subjects applicable for  that class.

ADMISSION

  1. The list of the children selected for the admission will be released on the School Notice Board. On the date given.
  2. Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned date. Those who fail to turn up will have to forfeit their chance. And the same will be allotted to waiting list candidate.
  3. The parent shall deposit first installment of the fees at the time of admission.
  4. Certificate and Reports in original: The following document is necessary at the time of admission.
    1. Transfer Certificate from the school lat attended.
    2. Report Card (Mark List) in original & Xerox of the qualifying examination.
    3. Medical Fitness Certificate (If not submitted)
    4. Two recent passport size photographs.
    5. The presence of the parents of the student to be admitted is compulsory to take admission and to sign all the admission from and all other documents. No representation will be accepted.

CLASS XI:

  1. Admission to class XI of the CBSE course is not automatic for the candidates who passed class XI from this institution. Students are selected to class XI on the basis of:
    1. Their consistently good academic performance in the previous classes. (IX & X have appeared in all papers of the Pre Board)
    2. A minimum of 70% of the marks in the Preliminary and Pre-Board examination of class X
    3. Good conduct and behavior, and other social and personal qualities.
    4. At least a ‘B’ grade awarded in the SUPW and community service.
    5. Having a minimum of 80% attendance in classes IX & X.
    6. A least 70% of marks in each subject opted for the CBSE course.
    7. The following streams are offered at the CBSE level.
      1. English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & Computer Science / Hindi
      2. English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Hindi.
      3. English, Mathematics / Hindi, Accountancy, Economics and Commerce.

Annual promotion is divided through a continuous assessment throughout the year. The marks obtained in the annual exam alone will not determine the promotion of the students. The total marks are divided among the 4 formative assessment and 2 summative assessments. If any student does not should steady and consistent progress in studies and behavior he / she is not liable to be promoted.
